Rewarding Mushrooms is a streamlined guidebook depicting 18 gourmet mushrooms most commonly found in rural and urban settings, across North-East North America. We are self-publishing this book to empower others through the practical knowledge to forage safely and confidently.

It includes tips from our experiences of harvesting and storage for each mushroom. 50 color photos will facilitate the reader to discern between look-alikes and further confirm identification. We suggest culinary and preservation techniques for each mushroom.
