Our Mushroom CSA
Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) enables farms to have direct sales to customers, and help our community and local economy by supporting other local businesses. In our case, you preorder bags of mushrooms through our website, and we deliver them along our regular restaurant route, for you to pick up at your convenience.
Here's how it works:
1) Order half-pound bags of Portobello, Cremini, Shiitake, and Oyster
mushrooms through the Greenwood Farm website by Sunday.
2) Pick up at:
Thursday:
Williamsport - Way Cool Beans
Pajama Factory: 307 Park Avenue
8AM - 7PM
Lewisburg - Mondragon Bookstore
111 Market St
11AM - 7PM
Bloomsburg - Bakers Guild Cafe
225 Center St
9AM- 4PM
Saturday:
Millville - Alley Cat Eatery
30 Post Office Ave
6 AM - 11 AM
3) Arrive within their regular business hours, request your CSA bag(s) and state your last name- that's it!
For larger quantities, simply increase the number on the drop-down menu.
(for example, 2 bags would be 1lb. of mushrooms)
Stay tuned for announcements of new locations, varieties and seasonal availability of PA-certified wild foraged mushrooms. (See PA Food Code: Wild mushrooms (§3-201.16))
Remember: The deadline is Sunday, so if you order on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday,
the mushrooms will not be there that Thursday.
Any order placed after Sunday will be there the following week.
We do send an email confirming delivery to help you remember to pick them up.
